We don’t give financial advice. What you receive is based on the data you provide and is for information purposes only.

By using Daylight ("the Service", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.2. Access to Your Data
You authorise Daylight to access your Xero account via the Xero API for the sole purpose of retrieving financial data and generating summary reports. You may revoke this access at any time by removing our user permissions in Xero.3. Use of Information
The financial summaries provided by Daylight are informational only. We do not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions based on the information provided.4. Accuracy of Data
The accuracy of your reports depends entirely on the data available in your Xero account. We do not validate, reconcile, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of your Xero data.5. Payments & Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. There’s no obligation to continue — you can cancel at any time during the trial and you won’t be charged.
If you continue beyond the trial, your selected plan will be billed monthly in advance via GoCardless (direct debit).
By entering your payment details, you authorise Daylight to collect monthly payments and confirm that you have authority to approve direct debits from your nominated bank account.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time, with changes taking effect from the next billing cycle.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — either directly via your welcome email or by contacting us.
Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We may also cancel your access if needed to protect the integrity, security, or operation of the Service. We’ll let you know if that ever happens.7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daylight will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including errors or omissions in the data presented.8. Modifications
